to form in an uncontrolled manner, even for a single moment.

This fact reveals the omniscience of Allah,

who protects and has control over the entire system of the universe.

He directs the whole affair from heaven to earth.

Allah created everything from nothing and established a flawless order

by regulating every minute and second of that creation.

He maintains and preserves that order without cessation.

Allah's constant protection of the universe
